Omani Manor is home to Velanda Omani, a Dunmer noble and House Hlaalu councilman. Four members of the House reside in this three-floor manor in addition to a couple of Hlaalu guards.

Interactions

Omani Manor was involved in the Nerevarine's adventures more than once. On one occasion, at the request of the Thieves Guild, the manor's owner was prevented from stealing a Seyda Neen house with a forged deed.

The Nerevarine later reported rediscovering the lost Vassir-Didanat Cave to House Hlaalu by speaking with the manor's owner and received a two-thousand gold reward.

Finally, during the Fourth Trial of the Nerevarine (to become leader of the three Great Houses), the manor was visited in hope of obtaining support to become Hortator of House Hlaalu.

Description

The manor is situated on Elmas Island in the Ascadian Isles. It is east of Vivec's St. Olms Canton, west of the Bal Fell daedric ruins, south of the Ald Sotha shrine, and southwest of the nearby Hinnabi caves.

A Hlaalu Guard and a Sharpshooter are on duty outside the manor. There are two entrances, one on the ground floor and another on the second floor. Both are unlocked. The main entrance leads to a large dining area. There is a small broom closet in the corner with containers of ingredients, and little of interest here.

An incline leads to the second floor. The door at the top is the second entrance to the manor. To the right is an intersection where the floor's two hallways meet. Tredyn Venim's bedroom is northwest of the intersection. A basket in the room contains a random enchanted weapon. Ranor Dralas can be found loitering in the hallway northeast of the intersection. The hall continues in a U-shape, leading to another incline.

At the top of the third floor incline is the door to Velanda Omani's bedroom. There is a small locked chest containing 155 gold and requiring 75 security to pick on top of the drawers, along with an extravagant ruby amulet and ring. A copy of 2920, vol 07 - Sun's Height, a mercantile skill book is on the desk. Enforcer Melvona Marvayn stands on guard in the room, protecting the manor's proprietor.
