Characteristics
In order to craft Orcish armor, the player must have a skill level of at least 50 in Smithing and have obtained the Orcish Smithing perk.
Armor
Orcish armor is a set of heavy armor found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Following is a list of different types of Orcish armor that can be crafted in Skyrim with their stats and the necessary materials. Orichalcum Ingots are required and can be made from Orichalcum Ores, though it's much easier to buy them from smiths or general stores.

Notes
- When approaching a guard while wearing orcish armor they may comment: "Orcish armor hmm, I had a set of that once, ugly and strong like those who forged it".
- Oddly enough, the orcs themselves are rarely seen wearing it, but frequently carry orcish weapons.
- An almost complete set of orcish armor can be stolen from the altar in Largashbur.
- Orcish armor can sometimes be found on mercenaries. Mercenaries can be found wandering around forests or roads at random, wearing high-level armor that varies depending on the level of the character.
- Orcish weapons are on a lower tier than the armor.
