Orcish Warhammer (Skyrim)

The Orcish Warhammer is a two-handed weapon found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

LocationsEdit

Unenchanted Orcish warhammers will begin to appear throughout Skyrim at level 6, and enchanted warhammers can be found at level 7. These locations include:

• Blacksmiths and general goods merchants.
• Wielded by various characters and enemies.
• Found as random loot in chests, or as a world item throughout Skyrim.

SmithingEdit

An Orcish warhammer requires a Smithing level of 50, and the Orcish Smithing perk to create. It can be forged at a blacksmith's forge with the following components:

• 3 x Leather Strip
• 4 x Orichalcum Ingot
• 1 x Iron Ingot

It can be upgraded with an orichalcum ingot at a grindstone, and also benefits from the Orcish Smithing perk, which doubles the improvement.

TriviaEdit

• The counterweight at the end of the weapon is quite similar in shape to that on the Elven Warhammer, as well as in the general similarity in shape of the Orcish Warhammer's head to that of the Elven Warhammer's. This could mean that the Orcs modeled this hammer after the Elven Warhammer.
