Overlook Road is a road that runs from The Fringe to New Sheoth in the Shivering Isles. It runs through the northern Mania side of the Isles, and therefore shares all the same flora and fauna that one might expect from that area.
Besides navigation and as an relatively safe route through Mania, it plays no real role in any quests or any major part in gameplay.
