Paint Brushes are miscellaneous items found all over Cyrodiil, though they have no use. There are multiple different brush models.

PC 360 PS3 Paint Brushes may float. Simply look in an area and drop the paint brush, and it will appear in the air and will not fall. These floating paint brushes can be walked upon, allowing the Hero to reach areas previously unreachable, such as White-Gold Tower. Note that paint brushes do not float with the Game of the Year version of the PS3.
