Pelidil's End is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online.
Background[]
Seaside Sanctuary is back under the control of the Aldmeri Dominion, but Vicereeve Pelidil has escaped aboard a Maormer vessel. Captain Jimila is preparing the Prowler to sail after Vicereeve Pelidil.

Walkthrough[]
The Vestige travels west from the Seaside Sanctuary or its Wayshrine. If they want to avoid fighting the Sea Vipers, they can swim over to the Prowler, however there are crocodiles in the water.
Talk to Captain Jimila aboard the Prowler. Once the Vestige replies that they are ready to go after Pelidil, a loading screen will appear for the Abecean Sea. The Vestige must fight Pelidil in the middle of the sea. They go to the ship's deck where they must repel the Maormer borders. The Vestige should be aware of the area of effect attacks from the other ship where they launch fiery cannonballs onto the deck. It is best to keep moving, so the cannonballs do not hit the Vestige and avoid the Maormer who use two-handed swords. Sometimes the Maormer will regenerate health, but they can all be defeated.
Prowler Crew Member: "Gods! That's magefire! Clear the deck!"
Prowler Crew Member: "Mara's crotch! They've summoned a gods-damned Sea Serpent!"
Prowler Crew Member: "Quickly! To the ballista!"
Once the Maormer borders are defeated, a huge sea serpent jumps out of the water. The Vestige needs to use the ballistas to shoot it. It will spit poison and attack the deck, but its attacks are fairly predictable. More Sea Vipers will appear on deck, though, as the Vestige is trying to defeat the sea serpent. There are two Dominion Soldiers who will help the Vestige defeat the Sea Vipers.
Once all the boarders have been defeated, the Vestige travels through the portal at the south end of the deck to kill Pelidil. He is an extremely tough opponent. He uses Area of Effect attacks and fireballs that follow the Vestige, but that can be dodged. Sea Vipers may also appear while fighting him. The orb that is floating around him does not seem to do anything and cannot be targeted.
Prowler Crew Member: "Haha! The Serpent-Slayer! You saved the day!"
Once Pelidil is dead, the Vestige travels back through the portal and tells Captain Jimila that Pelidil is dead. They travel back to Seaside Sanctuary, but Jimila is not coming ashore. She will stay aboard and celebrate with her crew. She gives the Vestige their reward.
