The Penitus Oculatus Helmet is a piece of light armor and part of the Penitus Oculatus Armor set.

Locations[]

Smithing[]

The Penitus Oculatus Helmet can be upgraded at a workbench with Leather; however, it does not benefit from any smithing perks. This means the armor cannot be improved past flawless quality without boosting the Smithing skill over 100. This can be achieved by using enchanted items and/or blacksmithing potions to Fortify Smithing.

Trivia[]

  • The helmet's design is based on an early Roman legionary helmet, maintaining the Roman theme of the Empire.
