Pilu Shilansour is a Dunmer who resides in the Ashlands of Morrowind. She is a Mabrigash, a blood-sucking witch that preys on men.
She can be found with her friends Nirai Ashishpalirdan and Assamanu Shashipal in a small campsite between Bal Isra and Maar Gan. When approached they will attack the Nerevarine.
