The widow Kolfinna in Raven Rock requests that the Nerevarine retrieve this gem from Sigvatr the Strong, the man who mercilessly slayed her husband. Sigvatr, who can be found near the Altar of Thrond, must be slain to obtain the gem unless the Nerevarine can raise his disposition to 90.
