- Although somewhat rare, a pair can occasionally be bought from the Radiant Raiment in Solitude.
- Two pairs can also be found in South Shriekwind Bastion. They will be amongst several other types of shoes in a small closet like space fairly early on in the dungeon.
- After "Bound Until Death," Bryling can be pickpocketed or killed for a pair.
