Port Telvannis (also called Port Telvanis)[OOG 1] is a city located on the main island of the Telvanni Isles, northeast of mainland Morrowind, in the Padomaic Ocean. It is the capital of the Great House Telvanni.[OOG 2] Because Port Telvannis is the capital of House Telvanni, the mushroom towers are the largest among the Telvanni territories. Mushroom homes are located high above ground along with it's streets. This gives the city an otherworldly appearance.[OOG 2] One of the more prominent citizens coming from Port Telvannis is Xal, a human Marukhati[OOG 1]
