Powers (Morrowind)

Powers are unique magic spells that do not cost magicka in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and both its expansions Bloodmoon and Tribunal. They are usually granted to the Nerevarine as special racial powers or as rewards at the end of quests and can only be used once per day.

Racial powers[]

These powers are granted at character creation:

		Drain Agility (- 100 points for 60 seconds on self)
Imperial	Voice of the Emperor	Charm (+25–50 points for 15 seconds on target)
Imperial	Star of the West	Absorb Fatigue (+ 200 points on Touch)

Khajiit	Eye of Fear	Demoralize Humanoid (-100 points for 30 seconds on target)
Redguard	Adrenaline Rush	Fortify Agility (+ 50 points for 60 seconds on Self)

		Fortify Speed (+ 50 points for 60 seconds on Self)
