Prelate Sidanyis was a Snow Elf priest of Auri-El. He was tasked with helping initiates at a wayshrine find their way to the Inner Sanctum of the Chantry of Auri-El.
His ghost can be found at the Wayshrine of Illumination inside Darkfall Passage.
