The sword can be found in one of these locations, dependent on the character level: * Ansilvund
Quests
Oengul War-Anvil in Windhelm asks the player to find this legendary weapon so that he may present it to the Jarl.
Note
- The location may vary; it can be in a chest or an egg sac.
- Upon turning in the item for the quest, the player is then able to buy it or pickpocket it from Oengul's inventory.
