Racer Plumes are Alchemy ingredients in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Speaking to either Tendris Vedran or Anarenen, both Alchemists, will cause the Nerevarine to learn the following: "Racer plumes from the native bird-like cliff racer are used locally and throughout the Empire as decorations for garments and household goods."[1][2]
