Races

In Morrowind, there are ten playable races that the player can choose from to play as. They can be divided into three different categories: men, mer, and beast folk. The following is a list of playable races in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind:

Notes

  • Running speed is directly influenced by weight, unlike in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
  • Height has no effect on running speed. Height does, however, influence the speed with which a character moves upwards or downwards while swimming or levitating.
