Ralen Tilvur: Smith is a shop ran by a Dunmer named Ralen Tilvur in the Foreign Quarter Plaza of Vivec City. This shop doubles as his home, with the forge downstairs in the bedroom area behind a level 30 locked door. Unlike many other shops its kind, this one does not employ any guards.
