Ranarr-Jo is a Khajiit scout who resides in the hamlet of Fellmoor. He is very paranoid, and thinks his boss, Cindanwe, is evil, and that she is "recording our secret thoughts."
He watches her house at night, and stalks her from 9 AM to 9 PM.
