The camp can be located in the Reach’s eastern mountains, though this site may not exist, depending on the status of the Civil War quest line. The camp is commanded by Legate Emmanuel Admand.
Use the array of crafting stations here, and inspect the tabletop map in the largest tent to potentially gain new map data. If you like, loot a few chests before moving on.

X360: Upon saving here, before a dragon fight, My save, upon loading went to a black screen and all i could do was turn off my Xbox.The normal battle theme was audible, and not even the Xbox menu would appear (the menu when you press the middle button)although I could hear the sound.
