Description

This camp may be located in the Reach's eastern mountains, though this site may not exist, depending on the status of the Civil War quest line. The camp is commanded by Legate Emmanuel Admand and is located west of the Shrine of Peryite, east of Ragnvald, north of the Lover Stone, and south of Deep Folk Crossing in the northeastern part of the Hold.

There are crafting facilities here and a quartermaster to trade with, if neutral or on the imperial's side. A tabletop map in the largest tent may be viewed to potentially gain new map data. This site may or may not exist, depending on the status of the civil war. If the Dragonborn is an imperial winning the war, then it won't exist. If they are a stormcloak, it will always exist.
