Reachwater Rock is a cave above a waterfall, near Karthspire. Contains the grave of Archmage Gaudus.
To enter the place you need a claw to enter. One is the Emerald Dragon Claw, lying on top of the note 'Ancient Edict' near the dead adventurer. The note says:
"Let this place be forgotten forever. Let it be struck from the rolls of history. Let it never be spoken by man or men. Let its very name be lost to the ages.
Ye who enter here, know: This place was sealed of great price. Honor those who perished here. Turn back, and leave them to their rest."
The door to insert the Emerald Dragon Claw is protected by a password of symbols. From top down: Bear, Whale and Snake.
The second door is opened with the Ivory Claw. This is a tricky one to get, since it is not in Reachwater Rock. It can be found in Folgunthor.
After getting through the two door you need 3 amulets called "Gauldur Amulet Fragment", enchented necklaces that increase either health, stamina or magika.
The first door code is bear, whale and snake, with snake showning in the inner ring.
The secod door code is eagle, eagle, dragon.Once inside you will place the three fragments on pedestals. The Ghosts of each son will appear and you will have to battle them one at a time once more, along with some random drougr as well.
The coffin behind where the three Ghosts spawn has a body holding a decent amount of gold, and after defeating the three ghosts a "wall" opens up revealing a chest, it's near the entrance to the last large room, hard to miss when you're walking out.
In the first cavern there is a chest at the bottom of the resevoir. It is sealed with an 'adept' lock and needs to be lockpicked. There is also drifting a Steel Greatsword in the left part of the reservoir. It can be easy to miss, so look a the walls.
