The Reactor is a factotum that resides with the Reclaimer and the Reducer in the Halls of Fabrication in Vvardenfell. All three constructs should be kept separate when in combat, as if two are near each other, they will form a link which protects both enemies. When one of the constructs is at 70%, 40%, and 20% of their health, they will overcharge and be immune to all damage. Once all three are overcharged, they must be brought together to reverse the immunity, allowing them to be damaged.

The Reactor periodically produces rolling spheres of electricity. Where they hit the Vestige, scrapped mechanical limbs rise out of the ground to stun and deal damage.
