Resist Frost is an effect in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim gained from a spell, potion, or piece of enchanted armor.

EffectsEdit

Resist Frost decreases the amount of damage taken from frost damage. All Nords have a 50% frost resistance. Vampires also start with a 25% frost resist at stage one, and it increases by 25% each stage; maxing out at 100% frost resist at stage four. With Dawnguard installed, it instead begins at 20% and increases in 10% increments; maxing out at 50% frost resist. If Dragonborn is installed, frost enchantments placed on Stalhrim Armor will be 25% stronger.
