Rihad Palace is a location in Rihad, Hammerfell. It is where the Eternal Champion goes to in order to learn the location of Fang Lair, but is instead sent to Stonekeep to obtain a parchment from a band of goblins in exchange for information about the location of Fang Lair. The palace acts as the residence of Queen Blubmaka.
