Walkthrough
To the north of Onsi's Breath, the Vestige comes across Rahannal, a Redguard who escaped the mines at Onsi's Breath. He tasks the Vestige with finding and releasing Snaruga, an Orsimer captive held at the mine by the Seventh Legion.
Snaruga can be found chained to a post in the camp. She will explain that the key to unlock her can be found near where she is being kept, atop a small hill within the camp. Upon freeing her, the Vestige has to approach Rehannal, who will be near the mine entrance.
Rahannal will ask the Vestige to find Foreman Connor, the rightful owner of the mine, who does his best to help the conscripted miners. The Foreman will be hesitant at first, but will eventually agree to aid the Vestige, and point them to a stockpile of coal as it is an easy target for sabotage. Upon lighting it, Overseer Severus will approach the pile, warning the miners by yelling, "Get clear, it's going t—" before the stockpile blows up.
Upon the destruction of the stockpile, Harannal becomes injured. The Vestige is now tasked with defeating the camp commander, Panthius Varro.
