Template:SkyrimShacks Riverside Shack is a small shack southwest of Windhelm, east of Gallows Rock, along the shore of the White River. The inhabitant of this shack appears to have been ambushed and eaten by a Saber cat or Bear who now claimed this remote house.
It contains the half-eaten remains of the owner, a Tanning Rack, a bed the player can sleep in and he Light Armor skill book Rislav the Righteous located at the bottom of the book stack on the table. The Apprentice locked chest in the corner contains the Treasure Map III used in the Miscellaneous quest, The Great Skyrim Treasure Hunt.

Notes
- The wardrobe in Riverside Shack is confirmed safe for storage; an item placed in it was still there after over 40 days of ingame time, whereas the chest and barrels had reset their items. Players should be aware that the bear respawns as well after 10 days of game time.
