The Rockpick Hoe is a two handed Blunt weapon that can be found during the "Unearthing Mehrunes' Razor" quest. It only appears in the plug-in Mehrunes' Razor.
Location[]
Argonian and Khajiit Laborers will wield this weapon. Some may use a Heavy Rake instead.
