Rolgarel is a Nord warrior who can be found at the Trentius Family Mausoleum in the Imperial City's Green Emperor Way. He is first met during the quest "Unfriendly Competition."

He is a grave robber, who partnered with Agarmir in his plot to undercut other businesses by selling the items of the deceased to Thoronir for lower prices. Both must be killed when they attempt to trap the Hero of Kvatch in the Trentius Family Mausoleum.
