Ruination, formerly named Destructive Ancestry, is a Dunmer passive skill in The Elder Scrolls Online which increases damage to fire-based attacks.

- Update 2: As of Update 2, Ranks II and III of this passive ability now provide the correct amount of spell damage bonus to fire attacks.[1]
- Update 8: Updated this tooltip to state that it increases all abilities dealing Flame Damage, not just abilities scaling off Spell Damage.[2]
