Ruthless Competition is a quest received from the Cyrodilic Collections Needs You! pamphlet found in cities across Tamriel, the purchase of the same name in the Crown Store or from Concordia Mercius herself in Daggerfall, Davon's Watch and Vulkhel Guard. It is the precursor to the The Elder Scrolls Online: Murkmire expansion.
