Salmo is an Altmer baker living in the town of Skingrad. Inside his house/shop are shelves of bread loaves, sweetrolls, and other baked items.
He does not sell any of his baked goods, but he delivers them next door to the Three Sisters' Inn, and the West Weald Inn.

Skingrad "I could never leave Skingrad. All my good friends here would die without my sweetrolls. The rest of the world must suffer as best it can without me."
