Sardavar Leed is an Ayleid Ruin located on the south shore of Lake Rumare, south of the Imperial City. According to The Adabal-a, the city of which the ruin is a remnant was once called simply Sard, and was the birthplace of Alessia, who became Queen and eventually overthrew the Ayleids' rule in Tamriel.[1]

Overview[edit | edit source]

Sardavar Leed is split into two levels: Sardavar Leed and Sardavar Leed Lattasel. The former level contains sixteen Welkynd Stones, and the latter holds two Varla Stones. Both zones are inhabited by conjurers and their Daedra pets.

Sardavar Leed[edit | edit source]

The room on the first level is very large, has a falling blade trap on the bridge across and if all the chests are to be looted, all three floors must be searched. There are a few chests with leveled loot and others with minor loot, such as coin, potions, soul gems, and scrolls.

Sardavar Leed Lattasel / Hall of Light[edit | edit source]

The two Varla Stones in the Lattasel are out of reach from the ground, and the ground below triggers an gas trap with elevating walls that lower after time, so it can be difficult to retrieve the stones. One must be careful, as the walls move very fast.
