Saving Hosni is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Background

Lady Sirali at-Tura believes Adima controls Hosni through his dreams. She thinks I can save her son, Hosni, by entering his dreams as well. I entered Hosni's dream. I should find Omen of Blood and destroy it. It's probably within the at-Tura Estate.

Walkthrough

Upon completing "Evidence Against Adima," Lady Sirali at-Tura will ask your help to save her son Count Hosni at-Tura from Lady Adima's control. She suspects that Adima is using potions to bring Hosni into a special kind of dreaming sleep and then seduces him inside that dream, using the Dream Shard to do so. She will ask you to find and consume one of those potions so you can enter the dream and save Hosni. She will point you to Hosni's good friend Destane the Bard as a starting point.

Destane will be in the courtyard. Speak with him, and he will tell you to check the shrine to Vaermina in Hosni's house for the potion. Intimidate him for more information and he will give you a riddle:

"if what's right is wrong, then what's left is right"

Either way, head into Hosni's house. The shrine should be to your left, around the corner. There are three potions here; you can determine from Destane's riddle that you need to take either the right one or the left one. the right one does nothing; the left one brings you into the dream. There, you will see a dream version of Lady Sirali; speak with her and she will tell you that to free Hosni, you must kill the Omen of Blood that resides somewhere in this dream.

Head out and you will find yourself in a twisted version of At-Tura Estate, filled with Spectres of Bloodlust. Make your way across and you will hear the voices of Hosni, Adima and Hosni's former fiancee Sister Safia reenacting scenes from the past. At the entrance to Hosni's residence, you will encounter a dream version of Lady Adima, who will transform into the Omen of Blood and attack you. The Omen is a powerful Wispmother; she will sommon ice wraiths and split into three when weakened, so take care. Once it's dead, the dream shard will appear; grab it, and a portal will appear leading you back to the waking world.

Back in the real world, speak with Hosni. He has been cured of his madness; speaking with him will finish the quest and start the next one, "The Return of the Dream Shard."
