Locations

• Bleak Falls Barrow, just after fighting the Skeevers, on a table with a leveled Paralysis potion, before finding Arvel the Swift.
• Can be found as random loot.
• May be sold by Court Wizards and Faralda.
• Can be found on hostile mages.
