Sean Bean (born 17 April 1959) is a British actor who provided the voice for Martin Septim in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. He is best known for his starring roles in the Sharpe films as the title character, the HBO series Game of Thrones as Lord Eddard Stark, the Lord of the Rings film trilogy as Boromir, and Goldeneye as Bond villain Alec Trevelyan.
