Secundinus the Despoiler

Secundinus the Despoiler is an wraith boss found in the Alessian Tombs area of the Imperial City Sewers. He guards the passageway leading to Barathrum Centrata.

Chapter XII: The Graverobber of Imperial City gives information on him, and is found on a nearby table. When defeated, those he has imprisoned will be sent free, and will thank the Vestige.
