Background[]
The scholar's apprentice Shiri has studied a book from among Alasan's possessions. Shiri suggests I begin my search for the third Ansei Ward in HoonDing's Watch.

Walkthrough[]
Upon completing "Alasan's Plot," Shiri will say that she might know the last ward's location. Speak with her and she will tell you that you should go investigate HoonDing's Watch, as it is the birthplace of the Ansei Halelah. The Withered Hand is likely looking to corrupt the ward there.
Head to HoonDing's Watch and speak with Priestess Sermenh there. She will tell you that she does not know who Shiri is, nor does she know anything about the Ansei Wards. This will finish the quest.
