Shirt and Vest for Harvest's End is an Imperial Cult quest available in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. It is one of the Imperial Cult Quests given to the Nerevarine by Iulus Truptor.
Background[]
For the Harvest's End pageant Iulus Truptor wants very specific common shirt: One with a red shirt and a black vest. He tasks the Nerevarine with asking clothiers if they would donate such a shirt and vest. He proposes to ask non-Dunmer clothiers, as they are more likely to be willing to donate.
Quick walkthrough[]
- Talk to Iulus Truptor.
- Any clothier asked about "shirt and vest" directs the Nerevarine to Falanaamo in Caldera.
- Convince Falanaamo to donate the common shirt OR buy it from him.
- Return to Iulus Truptor for the reward.
Detailed walkthrough[]
When talking to Iulus Truptor after the "Buckmoth Alms" quest has been finished, Iulus Truptor tasks the Nerevarine with the new quest. Talking to just any clothier will not do the job as not all of them sell the item, but given the needed disposition the clothier will direct the Nerevarine to Falanaamo in Caldera. Falanaamo donates the common shirt if the Nerevarine achieves a high enough disposition. Alternatively the Nerevarine can buy the shirt and donate it himself.
After the Nerevarine is in possession of a common shirt in the right colors, he should return to Iulus Truptor to deliver the piece of clothing. Iulus Truptor will reward him and the next quest in the almoner's mission line will become available.

He was disappointed, and told me to decide whether my talents and temperaments are suited for soliciting donations. Before I approach him again for an almoner's mission, I must be sure I want to give the Imperial cult my full commitment.
