Shock Damage is a type of Elemental Damage in The Elder Scrolls: Blades. It can be dealt by spells, enchanted weapons, using offensive ability of an enchanted shield, or triggered by necklaces. Shock Damage can be increased by enchanted gauntlets and rings with the same elemental type.
