Description
The Shrine of Peryite is located in The Reach, far to the northeast of Markarth. Place your marker slightly northwest of Karthwasten. It is directly southwest of Dragontooth Crater and Harmugstahl. A Khajiit named Kesh the Clean tells you what materials you must gather to speak to Peryite, starting the quest The Only Cure.
After the items are collected, Kesh puts them into a Dwemer incense burner in the shrine and the player can speak to Peryite.
Very close to the shrine you can find some Dwemer Ruins, guarded by a Wispmother.

Trivia
- Unlike most Daedric Shrines, the Shrine to Peryite does not give the player a visual representation of the Daedric Prince, unlike Oblivion in which the player sees a Dragon-like figure. During the conversation with Peryite however, apparations of Skeevers may appear. These could represent Peryite's familiars, his own conduit on the mortal plane or possibly just hallucinations of the fumes you have just inhaled.
- Behind the shrine to the east, at the bottom of the mountain is the 'roots' of the shrine. A chest containing misellaneous loot, a dead wood elf and a random enchanted dagger can be found here.
Bugs
- Sometimes getting close to The Shrine of Peryite with a horse and dismounting it will cause it to teleport 8 miles away, killing it by fall damage.
- Vampire Dust has been known to turn into another flawless ruby which is also needed for the quest.
