The Shrouded Outfit is a set of enchanted clothing that is worn by members of the Dark Brotherhood found at Falkreath Sanctuary.
Location
The shrouded outfit is obtained during the Dark Brotherhood main questline, the set is located in the Falkreath Sanctuary on top of a cupboard in the very first room to the right (along with a shrouded cowl), just as one enters the Sanctuary.
Festus Krex and the Spectral Assassin also wear this outfit, though their sets cannot be acquired by the Dragonborn.
A complete outfit can be obtained from the corpse of Gabriella during "Death Incarnate," or "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!."
The Orc Sharamph at Mor Khazgur wears a shrouded hood that the Dragonborn can pickpocket from her with the Perfect Touch perk.
