Sjorvar Horse-Mouth is a Nord Master-at-Arms who resides in Morrowind.
Background
Sjovar is a member of the Blades. He lives in a shack in the West Gash region, near the road from Caldera to Gnaar Mok. Sjovar's duty is to survey smuggler roads in this area, but he states that this job is too difficult for him.
Training
- As a member of the blades, he will offer the Nerevarine medium-level training in Axe, Blunt Weapon, and Long Blade.
- When asked about training, he will also recommend Galbedir at the Balmora Mages Guild.
