Skooma is an illicit substance. Most merchants will refuse to trade with anyone carrying any of it.
Uses[]
It can be used with a skooma pipe to smoke. It can also be distilled, allowing it to be drunk. Additionally, drinking large amounts of skooma will make the drinker run extremely fast.
