Skooma is an illicit substance in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Most merchants will refuse to trade with you if you are carrying any of this substance on you at the time. You can use Skooma with a Skooma Pipe to smoke the substance. It can also be distilled, allowing you to drink it. Also, drinking large amounts of skooma will make you run extremely fast.
