Snow Bear Plunge is a repeatable daily quest available during New Life Festival in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Background[]

Breda, a New Life Herald in Eastmarch, spoke of Lower Yorgrim's New Life Festival. Annually, they celebrate the Festival by diving into the freezing waters of the White River from various points in Eastmarch, showing that they do not fear the winter and know that at the end of it there will always be warmth and drinks. I must travel to three points in Eastmarch, dive into the water, and warm myself by a fire.

Objectives[]

  1. Travel to Cub's Tumble
  2. Leap from Cub's Tumble into the Water
  3. Travel to Horker's Drop
  4. Leap from Horker's Drop into the Water
  5. Travel to Dead Man's Fall
  6. Leap from Dead Man's Fall into the Water
  7. Return to Breda

Walkthrough[]

The first objective will be to travel to Cub's Tumble in Eastmarch, which is at Windhelm's eastern docks. The Vestige must then jump into the water and warm themselves by the big bonfire near the point. The second objective is Horker's Drop, which is exactly in the middle of the bridge connecting Windhelm with Eastmarch. Jump into the water and swim to the bonfire right beneath the bridge near the shore. The third objective is Dead Man's Fall, near the Voljar Meadery Wayshrine. Jump down the waterfall into the water and swim to the bonfire near the shore. Doing any of the jumps without wearing armor will result in earning the achievement Snow Bare Plunge. Return to Breda to finish the quest.
