Special Delivery is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in which the Dragonborn is asked by Bolli in Riften to deliver a purchase agreement to Kleppr in Markarth.

Walkthrough[]
In Riften, the owner of the Riften Fishery, Bolli, can be found in the market. He tells that he needs to deliver a purchase agreement to Kleppr at the Silver-Blood Inn in Markarth.
Who buys all your fish? "I sell my catch across a good portion of Skyrim... it's worth its weight in gold to me. The only untapped market left is Markarth. However, I just got word that Kleppr at The Silver Blood Inn might be interested. If your headed that way, I would appreciate you delivering a purchase agreement for me. You'd be paid, of course."
- Okay I'll do it. "Good. Kleppr will pay you as soon as you arrive with the letter. Here you are."
- Maybe another time. "Certainly."
In Markarth, Kleppr can be found in the Silver-Blood Inn. Once the purchase agreement is delivered, he will reward the Dragonborn with a silver ingot and other leveled ingots.
I have a purchase agreement for you. "Ah, Bolli finally got someone out here. Well it's about time. I've been waiting for weeks. Well, thank you for bringing it I suppose. Have a good day."
- Aren't you forgetting something? "What? Oh! How could I have possibly forgotten. Your reward, of course... Here your are. So sorry about that."
