Spirit Bear is a unique Snow Bear in The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon.
Background
It is a conjured Snow Bear that the Skaal must hunt during their sacred ritual, The Ristaag.[1]
Location
In the forest, west of Lake Fjalding. The Spirit Bear only appears during the quest "The Ristaag," or "Disrupt the Skaal Hunt."

The Nerevarine must help the Skaal perform their sacred ritual hunt, where the Spirit Bear must be defeated before sunrise.
Disrupt the Skaal Hunt
The Nerevarine must defeat all the Skaals who are trying to perform the Ristaag.
