Staff of Hasedoki is a unique weapon in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
History
The staff is said to have been owned by a powerful mage named Hasedoki. After spending years searching in vain for somebody more powerful then him, he bound his soul into his staff.
Acquisition
This item may only be found in use by Koffutto Gilgar, an Orsimer sorcerer who may be found in the Gimothran Ancestral Tomb.

The Museum TR
The Staff os Hasedoki is one of the artifacts the Nerevarine may sell or donate to Torasa Aram at the Museum of Artifacts in Mournhold. She offers them 30,000 
for it, which is the maximum amount of gold she is willing to spend for one artifact. After giving it to the museum, the staff will be exhibited there.
