The Staff of Ice Storms is a staff found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Effects[]
The staff of ice storms allows the wielder to cast a blast of cold that does damage to health and stamina, an effect that emulates the destruction spell Ice Storm. Charge consumed by the staff's use is reduced by higher Destruction skill.

Crafting[]
With the addition of the Dragonborn add-on, this staff can be created at Neloth's staff enchanter in Tel Mithryn. It requires the following components:
