Stone Cold is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online.
Background[]
Fleeing undead to the north, a clan of Bosmer refugees wants to settle in Shadows Crawl, but stone men, known as Hollow, rose from the ground and attacked.
The Bosmer want to settle in Shadows Crawl. However, the Hollow Watchman does not want them there.
After killing several watchmen throughout the quest, the Vestige must choose to destroy the Hollow Watchman, or order the Bosmer to leave.

Walkthrough[]
When approaching Shadows Crawl, you will run into a man named Anglorn. He will tell you that the people from his village recently moved here after they were driven from their home by undead, but now they are under attack from the Hollow. He will direct you to Indanas if you wish to help.
Head inside and talk to Indanas. She will tell you that these Hollow are coming from holes in the ground, and will ask for your protection as she collapses these holes. There are three main holes they are coming from; to the north, south and west. Once all three have been collapsed, Indanas will tell you to head to the Clan Holdfast, in the north of the area. There, an entity called the Hollow Watchman will tell the Bosmer that this is forbidden ground for them, but Indanas will returt that they will defend their new home to the death.
Indanas will now chase after the voice, so you should pursue as well. Head through the tunnel and to the southwest to give chase to Indanas, but beware of the many Hollows in the area. You will find that the Hollow Watchman has overpowered Indanas, and he now wishes to speak with you. He will tell you that it is not his choice to attack the Bosmer, but that he cannot disobey his directives; no one is allowed to settle in this area. The only way to let the Bosmer stay would be to destroy him, but this would do great harm to the Valenwood. You can now talk to Indanas and ask her what you should do, then you must choose to either tell Indanas and her clan to leave or destroy the Hollow Watchman so that they may stay.
If you side with Indanas, [?]. If you tell Indanas that she and her clan will have to leave, she will return to the Clan Holdfast so that they can have a vote on the issue. Head back there and you will find that the clan has voted to stay, and to kill you for betraying them. You will have to kill her and a few other clansmen. Once they are dealt with, leave the Clan Holdfast and speak with the Hollow Watchman to finish the quest.
